Rachael works with people who are interested in developing a deeper understanding of the nature and symptoms of their difficulties, particularly in the context of how their early life development and experiences shaped their personality, beliefs, values, relationships, emotions, behaviours and coping mechanisms. Those who wish to address and heal from adverse, traumatic, neglectful experiences. Rachael also likes to work alongside self-healers who value personal growth or those who feel stuck in their lives and value overall wellbeing and an improved quality of life.
Rachael has experience working in private practice, inpatient hospitals and outpatient settings, within schools and for the Department of Education.Rachael also has experience running groups and providing individual clinical and cognitive assessment and therapeutic intervention.

All sessions are conducted for a length of 50 minutes. It is requested that you please arrive on time. If you are running late please sms or email Rachael directly. If you arrive late, your session is not able to be extended, as the following appointment time will already be allocated to someone else.

Rachael is non-traditional relationship (kink, polyamoury, non-monogamy) and queer friendly. She can also see Workcover clients.
Payments are to be made via Square Point of Sale within the 24 hours before your Telehealth appointment or on the day of your face-to-face appointment.
You will receive an email invoice prior to your appointment and a second email containing a paid invoice receipt once payment is received
You are entitled to an $87.45 rebate for 10 sessions (plus an additional 10 sessions) in a calendar year with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) referral from your GP.
The additional 10 face-to-face Medicare rebates are currently available until 30th June 2022 and the additional 10 Telehealth Medicare rebates are available until 31st March 2021, when the Australian government will be reviewing their funding.
Please note without a MCHP the full fee will be charged.
Private Health Insurance
Your private health insurer may reimburse some of the cost of your session fee.
Payment is required on or before your session and an invoice will be provided.
When you make an appointment, the whole appointment is reserved for you. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or postpone your appointment. If you do not give at least 48 hours notice you will be charged a $82.55 administration fee. Less than 24 hours notice you will be charged your usual full session fee. In the instance of Bulk Billed sessions the fee will be $87.45. Please note no Medicare Rebate can be applied to cancelled appointments.
